Calamus LLC hosts material uploaded by users of the service. Notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be submitted in writing to the designated agent identified below and must comply with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). A compliant notification identifies the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identifies the material claimed to be infringing and provides information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; provides your contact information; states that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; states, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and bears your physical or electronic signature.

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). A user whose material has been removed or disabled may submit a counter notification to the designated agent at the same address. Calamus LLC terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Each document listed above is also made available from the Legal section of Settings within the application. The version published on this site and the version presented within the application are the same document. Where a document is amended, the revision date shown at the head of that document is the date the amendment took effect.
